Making the transition to a residential service can be a challenge for both people with multiple disabilities and their families. This talk offers clear information about the access process, procedures and adaptation to the environment.

The importance of promoting an autonomous life project adapted to each person will be highlighted, as well as the challenges and opportunities of this change. The aim is to provide tools to face the transition safely and break down prejudices about life in a residential service.
