After a unanimous agreement at the extraordinary meeting of members held on June 22, 2017, the entity is transformed from an Association to a Foundation. On December 27, 2017, the Aspace Catalunya Foundation was registered with the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia, with registration number 3043, a fact that was communicated to us on January 12, 2018.
