Shared Smiles: Leisure and Rest Opportunities for People with Multiple Disabilities and their Families
"Shared Smiles" is an innovative project of the ASPACE Catalunya Foundation that offers adapted leisure time and support to families caring for people with multiple disabilities. With comprehensive attention, it seeks to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life, providing recreational and cultural activities for all, contributing to building a more supportive and tolerant community.
"Shared Smiles" is a program led by the ASPACE Catalunya Foundation, focused on providing adapted leisure time and support to families caring for people with multiple disabilities. This project seeks to improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries, promote social inclusion and build a more supportive community. The need for this project lies in the difficulties faced by families caring for people with multiple disabilities, who often find themselves without time for themselves, experiencing physical and emotional exhaustion. "Shared Smiles" aims to address this issue by providing time off and support, allowing families to enjoy adapted recreational and cultural activities, contributing to improving the overall well-being of all involved.
