FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
At ASPACE we process the information provided by interested parties in order to maintain, develop, apply and control the legal-labor relationship with the Data Controller, including payroll, and if necessary, the processing of union membership data for the purpose of deducting union dues and disability data, to calculate withholdings and payments on account of personal income tax, as well as for the purpose of personnel management, accounting and the controls and monitoring of these on their occupational health and safety legally established in the terms that the Data Controller becomes a obligated party. They are also intended, depending on each case, for the management of voluntary training or training linked to their tasks, for the justification of public or private subsidies (payroll data), and for the generation of a personal card (with photograph) linked to the access and presence control system, which is also used to identify the professional in other uses.
All healthcare professionals are required to have a negative certificate of sexual crimes, because they may have regular or occasional contact with minors and/or vulnerable adults with support requirements.
Additional information may be required to adapt the workplace to the needs of each worker.
Additionally, the data may be used (with the express consent of the interested party) for the purpose of dissemination of the entity. The details of the processing in this case can be found in the information regarding the processing of communication data.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data provided by interested parties is retained for the entire duration of the employment relationship and once it has ended, it is maintained for a period of 10 years.
WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF YOUR DATA?
The legality and legal basis for the processing of your data is:
- Professionals: The execution of the employment contract with Aspace, in accordance with article 6.1b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Data to justify subsidies: The legitimate interest of the entity.
- Other purposes: The express consent of the interested party, without the withdrawal of any of these consents in any case conditioning the execution of the employment contract.
TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?
ASPACE transmits data from its employees to:
- public administrations relevant in labor matters: Social Security, Treasury, Fundae, etc.
- asepeyo: Mutual prevention of occupational risks.
- Aspy Prevention: Occupational risk prevention and health surveillance service.
- Company Committees or unions.
- Companies and professionals from academics (Aspace Confederation, etc)
- Co-financiers public and private (payroll data).

Apart from the above, ASPACE contracts different products or services in order to carry out human resources services:

WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS WHEN THE DATA IS PROVIDED TO US?
- Anyone has the right to get information about whether at the Aspace Catalunya Foundation we are processing personal data that affect them, or not.
- Interested persons have the right to access to your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request yours deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Interested persons have the right to request the portability of your data. The Aspace Catalunya Foundation will facilitate this portability as long as it is technically feasible.
- In certain circumstances, those interested may request the limitation of treatment of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
- In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, those interested may object to treatment of your data. The Aspace Catalunya Foundation will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
- The interested person has the right to withdraw any consent previously granted This will not affect the legality of treatments already carried out based on withdrawn consent.
- For exercise any of these rights, the interested person will have to address Carrer Tres Pins 31-35 in Barcelona or the electronic address protecciodedades@aspace.cat, providing an identification document and setting out the right that you want to exercise, and if applicable the reasons or particular situation that makes it necessary. - In any case, the interested person can present one claim before the Catalan Data Protection Agency if you believe that the Aspace Catalunya Foundation has not satisfied your rights correctly.
