FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

At ASPACE we process the information provided by users, workers and suppliers to carry out administrative procedures for collecting fees and services, payroll payments, and payment of services respectively, as well as related administrative and tax procedures. In some cases, specific information is collected to be able to manage scholarships and grants for users of the services, or their families. Some of this data (basically payroll) is used to justify projects and subsidies, if applicable.

In addition, we also process the data of the donors to carry out the management related to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.

Profiles are not created based on the information provided.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The administrative data of the interested parties will be kept for 5 years, except in the case of subsidy justifications which may be kept for 10 years depending on the specific requirements of the call.

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is:

  • Management of fee collection, payroll payment, etc: The execution of the assistance or employment contract signed with the interested party.
  • Management of payment of services to professionals: The execution of the service contract.
  • Prevention of money laundering: law 10/2010, on the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED?

ASPACE transmits administrative data to the sepblac (Public body competent in the prevention of money laundering) in case of detection of any incidence in this aspect.

Additionally, we transmit identifying data to banking entities in order to carry out collection and payment operations.

Apart from the above, ASPACE contracts different products or services in order to carry out administrative and financial services:

  • Advance Group: Offers the application in the Social.SIC cloud. There is a data processor contract that regulates the privacy of the data used.

  • Legal and accounting advisor (Assigem, Business Services): Legal management that carries out the management of form 182 on donations to the Entity, corporation tax and the preparation of annual accounts.
WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS WHEN THE DATA IS PROVIDED TO US?
  • Anyone has the right to get information about whether at the Aspace Catalunya Foundation we are processing personal data that affect them, or not.
  • Interested persons have the right to access to your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request yours deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • Interested persons have the right to request the portability of your data. The Aspace Catalunya Foundation will facilitate this portability as long as it is technically feasible.
  • In certain circumstances, those interested may request the limitation of treatment of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, those interested may object to treatment of your data. The Aspace Catalunya Foundation will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
  • The interested person has the right to withdraw any consent previously granted This will not affect the legality of treatments already carried out based on withdrawn consent.
  • For exercise any of these rights, the interested person will have to address Carrer Tres Pins 31-35 in Barcelona or the electronic address protecciodedades@aspace.cat, providing an identification document and setting out the right that you want to exercise, and if applicable the reasons or particular situation that makes it necessary.   • In any case, the interested person can present one claim before the Catalan Data Protection Agency if you believe that the Aspace Catalunya Foundation has not satisfied your rights correctly.
