At the Aspace Catalunya Foundation, we take very seriously the security of the personal data we deal with, as well as the rights of interested persons to be informed at all times and to manage their data, as recognized by the General Data Protection Regulation data

We make available to each person a specific page, depending on their relationship with the Aspace Catalunya Foundation:

• Users of Health and Neurorehabilitation Services
• Users of the Child Development and Early Care Center (CDIAP ASPACE)
• Users of the Special Education School
• Users of the Residence
• Users of the Occupational Therapy Centers of Badalona or Poblenou and the Day and Occupational Center of Montjuïc
• Users of the Neurona application
• Recipients of Aspace communications
• Donors, users and others dealing with Aspace administration services
• Aspace professionals
• Candidates to work with Aspace
• Volunteers
• Students in practice
• CIM video surveillance
• People participating in research studies (participants and researchers)
• People who provide their image for the organization's dissemination
• Users of the Aspace complaints channel

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The interested person or their legal representative must download and fill in the appropriate application form, setting out, if applicable, the reasons or particular situation that makes it necessary:

• Right of access (cat) / Right of access (cast)
• Right of rectification
• Right of deletion
• Right of opposition
• Right to limit treatment
• Right of portability

The completed form should be sent to the address protecciodedades@aspace.cat attaching an identification document if applicable. In the event that the applicant is not the interested party himself, it will also be necessary to attach an accrediting document as the legal representative of the interested party.

You will receive a response from Aspace within a maximum period of 30 days.

Applications can also be submitted in person at any of the Aspace centers.
