Degree in psychology from the University of Barcelona (2003), and Master in self-leadership and group management from the University of Barcelona (2006). Sustainable Management Program and Agenda 2030 at Esade (2023). Since 2008, she has developed her professional career at the Aspace Catalunya Foundation, beginning her career as Director of the Labor Integration Service (2008-2011) and of the Special Employment Center (2008-present). In 2011 she was responsible for data protection, and in 2018 she was appointed Data Protection Delegate and Director of Communication and Transparency. In 2023 she was appointed Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. Within the organization, he continues his training in quality management according to ISO 9001 (2010), social communication, teamwork, transparency, data protection and social responsibility, continuously. She had previously developed her professional career as a trainer and manager in the socio-educational field, in the management of work groups and teams, training groups and support groups, as well as in consulting, management and evaluation of social projects, in various entities of social and educational (Alcohol and Society Foundation, Rheumatological League, associations of Alzheimer's relatives, Federation of rare diseases-Feder, F. Pere Tarrés. 2005-2008)
