Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the National University of Asuncion, Paraguay (2003-2009), Dra. Tamara Biedermann Villagra specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (MIR) at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona (2011-2015) and completed an external rotation in Pediatric Rehabilitation at the Virgen de Macarena Hospital in Seville (2015) . Later, he specialized in Child Disability at the Complutense University of Madrid (2017-2018). In addition, he obtained a Master's Degree in Health Organization Management from ESADE Law & Business School in Barcelona (2021-2022). Currently, since October 2020, she is director of the Health sector at the Aspace Catalunya Foundation. Previously, he worked as a Medical Specialist at the same foundation since 2018. He has also worked in several health institutions in Barcelona and Paraguay, such as Vall d'Hebron Hospital and Cemefir. In addition, she has collaborated with foundations such as Teleton and Cerenif, holding the roles of Medical Specialist and Project Coordinator focused on cerebral palsy and neurological disorders. Dr. Biedermann is an active member of several professional associations, including the Catalan Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (SCMFiR), the Spanish Society of Child Rehabilitation (SERI) and the Paraguayan Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (SPMFyR). His participation in these organizations demonstrates his commitment to the advancements in his field. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dra. Biedermann has dedicated his career to understanding and treating cerebral palsy and neurodevelopmental disorders. He has led numerous initiatives designed to improve the quality of life of people affected by neurological disorders, integrating cutting-edge research and clinical practice to achieve significant improvements in patient outcomes. Looking to the future, Dr. Biedermann aims to further his research into cerebral palsy and neurodevelopmental disorders, developing new therapeutic strategies to improve patient outcomes. He has a special interest in exploring the potential of cutting-edge technologies and interdisciplinary approaches to improve the quality of care.
