Graduated in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from the University of Barcelona (2001), Master in Strategic Communication Management from ESADE (2009) and also completed a Master in Quality Management and Methodology from the Avedis Donabedian Foundation (2005) ). Currently, since September 2023, she is director of Institutional Relations, Communication and Marketing of the Aspace Catalunya Foundation. Previously, he developed his professional work at the Sant Joan de Déu Health Park, as staff of the General Directorate and head of Communication and Institutional Relations (2017-2023) and head of Communication and Citizen Attention (2009-2017) he also worked at the Hospital de Sant Boi developing different professional roles, among which stand out the Head of Citizen Services, Communication and Health Center Accreditation Technician (2001-2009). He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of institutional and corporate communication, in institutional relations, in the definition of strategic plans and in attention to Citizens, with a long professional career in the relationship with media, in online and offline strategic communication, in crisis and reputation management, and in improving the satisfaction and experience of the people served and the quality of care services and continuous improvement. She has been recognized for different mentions and on two occasions she has received the distinction of the Award for the best Activity Report of a health or social institution by the Avedis Donabedian Foundation (2018-2023).
