Carlos Jordana has a degree in economics and business sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a diploma in management of service companies from EADA. For more than 30 years he has developed his professional career in two directions: business consulting and teaching in business management. Since 1994, he has been managing partner of the Merk2 consultancy, of which he is the founder. He has been a professor at ESADE since 2013. He has been a professor at EADA (1989-2003) at IDEC, Pompeu Fabra University (2003-2021) and visiting professor at several European and American universities. He is the father of Elsa, a user of the Montjuïc Day and Occupational Centre.
