Tour of Barcelona's shops to detect architectural barriers

Root of the project presented by some users of the Residencia to the Barcelona City Council on the existing architectural barriers in access to the CIM, we were proposed to participate in a project of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Barcelona to detect BBAA in shops of the city

The activity consisted of going on a tour of the shops in the old town of Ciutat Vella together with the students of the university to detect architectural barriers and then make reports and plans to make the necessary adaptations.

Below is the opinion of an assistant who went to the exit:
"We go out to assess whether the establishments in the neighborhood and the areas of passage are adapted. We realize that almost no store is adapted. The students empathize with the users, some carrying wheelchairs and others with blindfolds.  La Débora, Miquel de Ros, Arantxa and Raquel R. help students navigate the streets with driving tips. They have a great time and it is very productive."
