The Aspace Catalonia Foundation has shared in the XLVIII Annual Meeting of the Spanish Society of Pediatric Neurology (SENEP), held in Malaga, different clinical experiences and lines of work linked to the care of children and adolescents with multiple disabilities and high neuropediatric complexity.

La Dr. Gabriela Ganc presented the poster "Neuropediatric Day Hospital 0-3 years for patients with multiple disabilities and high complexity: clinical profiles and results of an interdisciplinary model centered on the family", which shows how coordination between health, therapeutic and social professionals allows for a more comprehensive response during a particularly crucial stage of development.
This model allows families to have more continuous and coordinated support, reducing uncertainty and promoting a better understanding of the needs of their sons and daughters from the first years of life.

For its part, the Dr. Lydia Vargas presented the poster "From the Orphanet diagnosis to the functional profile: development of a CIF-IA Core Set in children aged 0-3 years with high neuropediatric complexity".
