The Lealtad Foundation recognizes the entity for its compliance with the 9 Principles of Transparency and Good Practices, an endorsement that reinforces the trust of donors, institutions and collaborators
The Aspace Catalunya Foundation has obtained the seal Woman with Confidence, awarded by the Loyalty Foundation, an independent, non-profit institution that accredits the transparency and good management practices of NGOs.
This recognition reinforces Aspace's commitment to responsible, clear management aimed at generating trust. It also highlights the way in which the entity makes public information about its activity, the destination of its resources and the impact of its mission: to accompany people with neurodevelopmental disorders, cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities, and their families, throughout the entire life cycle.
An independent endorsement of transparency and good management
The Aspace Catalunya Foundation voluntarily requested this accreditation process, which culminated in the granting of the seal. During the evaluation, a team of analysts from the Fundación Lealtad verified 36 indicators related to the management, governance, economic situation, communication, volunteering and regulatory compliance of the entity.
The process also analyzes the effective use of resources, with the aim that donors and collaborators can contribute with confidence and better understand how their support translates into real impact.
In practice, this seal certifies that the Aspace Catalunya Foundation focuses its efforts on the areas where it has experience, communicates reliably and makes public the percentage of resources it allocates to its mission, among other key indicators.
More confidence to continue generating impact
From now on, the Aspace Catalunya Foundation will be able to use the seal Woman with Confidence as a sign of its commitment to transparency, accountability and good practices. Interested parties can also consult the entity's accreditation report on the Fundación Lealtad website.
This recognition is especially relevant in a highly complex field such as Aspace, where trust is essential to build alliances, strengthen relationships with families, consolidate ties with public administrations and facilitate new collaborations with social impact.
A comprehensive care model at the service of people
The Aspace Catalunya Foundation is a non-profit organization that is a leader in addressing complex neurodevelopmental pathologies, cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities. It does so through a comprehensive care model that combines the health, social and educational spheres, and places the person and their family at the center of the intervention.
Founded in 1961 as an association and incorporated as a foundation in 2017, Aspace has developed a broad and specialized portfolio of services that includes health, rehabilitation, education, day care, occupational services and residence.
Today, the Aspace Catalunya Foundation consolidates a supraterritorial model of comprehensive care, aimed at responding to highly complex situations with continuity, specialization and a life cycle perspective.
