The Aspace Catalunya Foundation, awarded at the World Hospital Congress for a project led by Dr. Tamara Biedermann

The Aspace Catalonia Foundation has received the Best Poster Award inside the blog The Human-centered Experience of the World Hospital Congress, one of the main international events dedicated to healthcare management and integrated care.

The distinguished work, entitled "Co-designing integrated social and healthcare services: A design thinking approach to user-centered care", is led by Dr. Tamara Biedermann, director of the Health Area of ​​the Aspace Catalunya Foundation. The project stands out for applying the methodology Design Thinking in the design of more personalized social and health services, promoting the active participation of patients, families and professionals in all phases of the process.

Under the direction of Dr. Biedermann, the team has explored how the co-creation can improve continuity of care, coordination between multidisciplinary teams and user satisfaction, while incorporating new digital tools and more efficient processesThe results obtained show that this approach can become a replicable model for integrating innovation and citizen participation in public health and social services policies.

In an edition with nearly 1.000 communications in poster format presented, the Aspace Catalunya Foundation has been recognized with the Best Poster Award, consolidating its commitment to innovation centered on people.
