The Aspace Catalunya Foundation has published its 2025 Annual Report , a document that includes the main results, advances and projects of a year that consolidates the Aspace Catalunya Model : a unique way of understanding care for people with neurodevelopmental disorders, cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities, based on the integration of the health, social and educational spheres, the generation of knowledge, innovation and networking.
2025 represents the consolidation of a model built over more than sixty-five years of experience , which places each person and their life project at the center of all decisions. A model that integrates specialized care with research, teaching, digital transformation, quality, participation and sustainability to respond to highly complex situations throughout the entire life cycle.

The 2025 Report promotes a healthcare model that is based on an essential idea : people do not experience their needs in a fragmented way and, therefore, services cannot respond to them in isolation.
The Aspace Catalunya Model connects the health, social and educational spheres in a single ecosystem of care , offering a comprehensive, personalized and coordinated response that evolves with the needs, capabilities and objectives of each person and their family.

During 2025 , the Foundation has accompanied more than 3.700 people and their families and has developed more than 150.000 welfare, educational and social actions, consolidating itself as one of the reference entities in the care of people with neurodevelopmental disorders, cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities.
These data reflect the scale of the Foundation's activity, but also the responsibility to respond to an increasingly complex reality. In Catalonia, more than 55.000 people live with neurodevelopmental disorders, cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities and need specialized support throughout their lives.
Trust continues to be the main indicator of the organization's excellence: 98% of the people treated and their families say they are satisfied with the care received and would recommend the Foundation.

The Report also shows how innovation, research, teaching, quality and digital transformation have been consolidated as strategic axes of the Foundation's development.

Looking to the future
The 2025 Report also includes the beginning of a new stage for the Foundation. At the end of 2026, the start of the Alba Project is planned , the new infrastructure that will allow the expansion and transformation of the care spaces to respond to the growth of the activity and the future needs of the people served. The completion of the project is scheduled for the year 2031.
