El "We don't cut ourselves" project, it is a Project created by the ASPACE Confederation, ASPACE.NET, and the Vodafone Foundation. It consists of providing organizations that work with boys with functional diversity, specifically cerebral palsy, with audiovisual material and technical adaptations for the production and filming of a Short Film. It is a very innovative project as it involves the joint work of Entities from the same sector, with a standardized purpose, such as the creation and recording of a Short Film, which can then be presented at different Short Film Festivals. The ASPACE-Badalona Center and AREMI Lleida participate in this project, with Angel Aguilar from the CRA and member of ASPACENET also collaborating with the project.
A first part of the Project was the recording of the Short Film and an exchange between entities, the Video group of our ASPACE-Badalona Center going to spend two days in Lleida and do some exchange days with AREMI colleagues; it was a very positive and enriching experience for all.
As a final phase, in order to give the dissemination it deserves and to share this project with everyone, we will hold an event, open to families and other centers and groups, where there will be an institutional presentation of the Project and a screening of the Short Films of ASPACE-Badalona, AREMI Lleida and there will also be a screening of the ASPACE-Poble nou Animation Short Film, with a subsequent final colloquium open to everyone. This final event will take place next Friday, April 28 at 11 a.m. at the Health Civic Center in Badalona.
