Yesterday we were able to participate in the Communication plenary organized by the UCH "Communicate x transform", where the transformative power of communication in health and social organizations was addressed.
We were able to enjoy the knowledge ofAngel Alloza, CEO of Corporate Excellence, with a presentation on "reputation trends and intangibles management", very inspiring, since it is important to see that both the entities of the 3rd sector and the private business world have the role of being responsible agents and of transforming the environment.
This is why priority is given to corporate purpose, responsible leadership, diversity and equity, good governance, or trust towards stakeholders, among others, in order to improve people's lives. It is satisfying to realize that, after the pandemic, entities have reformulated their priorities to respond to the great instability of the social, geopolitical and economic environment and context.
We also enjoyed an interview with the communication directors of DKV and the Santa Tecla Health Network explaining how they experience the evolution of communication from their positions and how they manage these reputational, cross-cutting, sustainable and transparent trends.
Finally we were able to enjoy a round table moderated by HSJD's head of communication, Olga González Lancho and formed by Elena Puigdevall, CEO of ASPACE, Natalia Alba, communications director of Mútua Terrassa, Vicente looked, director of nursing at the Mollet Health Foundation, Elisenda Serra, director of the Citizenship, Innovation and User Area of the Catalan Health Service and Carlos Jimenez, Granollers Hospital patient.
We listened to their reflections and knowledge on how communication helps to transform entities, each from their own vision, also with a critical spirit of improving the most "micro" processes of attention to the person or the entities' internal communication, as well as the strategic aspects of communication with the environment. Reinforcing the story and the achievement of the shared purpose of the health and social network "to improve attention to people".
Thanks to the #UCH for inviting us to this interesting and innovative plenary.
