The cerebral palsy association -Aspace- is transformed into the Aspace Catalunya Foundation.
This transformation agreement was taken unanimously at the last shareholders' meeting held in June 2017, and on December 27 it was registered with the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia under registration number 3043, which means that He told us in January 2018.
The aim of the name change is to be able to guarantee the continuity and future of all the services provided to our users, given the dimensions that our organization has reached with almost 300 workers.
Aspace continues to have the same mission of comprehensive care for people with cerebral palsy and other developmental pathologies, and their families. And therefore this change of name does not imply any change of mission or values.
At the organization we are already working to adapt all the changes, on our website www.aspace.cat and in the different centers and services we manage. The founding act, the statutes and the Board of Trustees of the Foundation can be consulted on the website.
