Change of schedule of the institutional Congress event on World Cerebral Palsy Day 2020 "A Better Future"

Anyone who wishes can register for the institutional Congress event on World Cerebral Palsy Day 2020 "A Better Future", which will take place on Tuesday 6 October from 12.30:14.00 to 1.000:XNUMX p.m. Registrations will remain open until the day of the event or until the capacity of XNUMX people is reached.
The event will be held online through the Zoom platform, like the rest of the seminars on the Congress website, and in it we will read the World Cerebral Palsy Day manifesto in the voices of two representatives of ASPACE Husca and of ASPACE A Coruña. In addition, we will watch the video of this year's awareness campaign "A Better Future" and listen to the intervention of the authorities who will attend the event, including representatives of the ASPACE Confederation, CERMI, the ONCE Foundation and the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030.

As ASPACE reports, "due to the exceptional circumstances we are experiencing in our country, this year's Congress will be different, as we will hold it online with different presentations and round tables. This is a great opportunity to have the participation of people from any part of the world who want to attend the various seminars.
This edition is celebrated with the slogan 'A better future' , with which Confederació ASPACE affects the need to value people with cerebral palsy and the associative movement, as well as to build together a new society that is fairer, more inclusive and with more spaces for participation.
For this, and among other topics, the meeting will deal with 'Citizen participation of people with cerebral palsy in times of social distance', 'The education of people with great support needs', 'The over-cost and over-impact of the pandemic in the families of people with cerebral palsy', the 'Principles of cognitive accessibility in the ASPACE Movement and telework as a formula for job insertion in the group of people with cerebral palsy.
