Last March 18, the E-1 and E-2 groups went on strike again
"La Pastisseria de l'E".
At this stop, the boys and girls from groups E-1 and E-2 sell the center staff breakfasts made with some of the sweet recipes they have prepared in their respective cooking workshops; that day they sold melted chocolate and a piece of Mona de Easter.
The purpose of this stall is to raise funds for school camps; on the other hand, the pedagogical objectives that are intended to be achieved with the activity are that students can practice the use of coins and banknotes, that they distinguish the roles of seller and buyer, and that they learn to serve others with kindness and good manners.
Sales were a success. Many staff from the school, the Pilot Center and the CIM came to buy and everyone congratulated the boys and girls on how good both the chocolate and the piece of monkey was.
It is planned that two more stops can be made during the third quarter, one in May and the other at the end of June.
