Last March 18, the E-1 and E-2 groups went on strike again
"La Pastisseria de l'E".
At this stop, the boys and girls from groups E-1 and E-2 sell the center staff breakfasts made with some of the sweet recipes they have prepared in their respective cooking workshops; that day they sold melted chocolate and a piece of Mona de Easter.
La purpose of this stop is to collect funds for the school camps; on the other hand, the pedagogical objectives that are intended to be achieved with the activity are that the students can practice the use of coins and bills, that they distinguish the roles of seller and buyer, and that they learn to attend to others with kindness and good manners.
Sales were a success. Many staff from the school, the Pilot Center and the CIM came to buy and everyone congratulated the boys and girls on how good both the chocolate and the piece of monkey was.
It is planned that two more stops can be made during the third quarter, one in May and the other at the end of June.
