The professionals
The Aspace Catalunya Foundation is already more than 300 professionals from the health, social and educational fields who work in an integrated and comprehensive manner in multi, inter and transdisciplinary teams at the service of users with Cerebral Palsy, neurodevelopmental pathologies and multiple disabilities as well as to their families.
In addition, we work in a network with the agents of the territory, being a reference unit for large hospitals, primary schools, social services, educational centers, etc., with which we have formalized different alliances to enforce the commitments made.
In this way, we offer the highest quality care based on the foundational values that characterize us so much.
In addition, we are a leading center in the use of technology to improve the capabilities and autonomy of the people we serve and are clearly focused on innovation, teaching and research. In recent years we have also started a digital transformation process called Neurona which is turning the Foundation upside down.
Directory of professionals
Our staff is made up of professionals from the health and social field (doctors of different specialties, nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, monitors, assistants), from the pedagogical field (teachers and educators ) and non-care professionals (administration, labor relations, IT, management, communication, engineers, maintenance, cleaning, etc.).
In addition, 11 workers have some disability, that is to say, 4% of the workforce, complying with the LISMI, Spanish law of 13/1982 of April 7, which establishes for public and private companies, with a higher workforce to 50 workers, the obligation to hire a number of workers with disabilities of no less than 2%.
