Aspace Foundation
The Aspace Catalunya Foundation, on December 27, 2017, was registered with the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia, with registration number 3043, a fact that was communicated to us on January 12, 2018.
The agreement to transform from association to foundation was taken unanimously at the last extraordinary meeting of members held in Barcelona, on June 22, 2017.
Patronage
The governing body of the Foundation is the Board of Trustees. Its members meet at least quarterly in order to approve the annual accounts and take decisions for the benefit of the Foundation. The members of the Board of Trustees do not receive any remuneration for any concept. They are the following:
