He stressed the importance of an interdisciplinary approach that integrates social and health services, aided by technologies such as electronic social and health history, to ensure a personalized and coordinated monitoring of the needs of the users.
Campdepadrós also emphasized that the Aspace Montjuïc Residential Reception Service and Day Care Services are an example of how the foundation combines specialized care with human and community support, especially in accompanying the adult stage and the end of the life cycle. This experience reflects the entity's commitment to dignity and social inclusion, while also illustrating the need for strategic alliances to optimize resources and guarantee the long-term sustainability of projects.
During the day, the need to combine proactive fundraising management with effective communication was emphasized, as a strategy to ensure the long-term viability of the projects. This reflection aligns with the main conclusions of the event, which highlighted that interdisciplinary collaboration between entities in the social and health sector is key to generating impact and addressing people's needs in a comprehensive way.
In this same line, Joan Reventós, director of the Kālida Foundation, elaborated on the need to align funding policies with the real needs of people and organizations. He emphasized that collaborative work between professional teams and volunteers is essential to ensure the continuity of services and strengthen the social mission of the entities. Reventós emphasized the relevance of community cohesion as a driver for overcoming economic challenges and expanding social impact.
For its part, Laura Gonzalez, assistance director of the Miquel Valls Foundation, he shared his experiences in building alliances with companies and private donors, pointing out how this type of collaboration contributes to the sustainability of social projects. He presented examples of success in supporting families affected by neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting how an approach based on solidarity and innovation can generate effective solutions for vulnerable groups.
The day concluded, highlighting the need for a strong third sector, resilient and able to face current challenges. Aspace Catalunya, Kālida and Miquel Valls exemplified how strategic alliances and innovation are key to building a more inclusive and sustainable future, demonstrating that interdisciplinary collaboration can transform lives and consolidate reference models in the social and health sector.
