The activity begins with an introductory talk at the school, where they explain to the students the importance of selective collection and recycling. They are informed about what types of waste can be separated (paper, plastics, glass, organic, etc.) and how to do it properly.

Then, the mobile green point is presented, a vehicle or container adapted with different compartments for the separation of waste. Students have the opportunity to see first hand how the system works and how waste is collected in each type of container.

During the visit, there is a demonstration of how to use the green point correctly and a tour of the different waste storage areas. The children take waste from school to practice selective collection.

This activity helps to raise students' awareness of the importance of reducing, reusing and recycling, and also contributes to forming good habits for waste management in their day-to-day life.
