At the Aspace Catalunya Foundation, we believe that one of the values to contribute to the health and social system of Catalonia is to work in a network with the agents of the territory and always for the benefit of the people served.
With the aim of guaranteeing quality and sustainable healthcare, it is necessary to move towards preventive, predictive and personalized medicine. This involves treating patients with maximum accessibility, prioritizing the person's natural surroundings whenever possible. This transformation requires close collaboration with other organizations for the benefit of the patient, both in the healthcare, teaching, research, educational, social, technological, national and international fields, etc.
