If you make a donation to the Aspace Catalunya Foundation, you will be able to deduct a significant portion of the tax on your income tax return.

The deductions are mainly subject to the following regulations:

• Article 69 of Law 35/2006, of November 28, on personal income tax.
• Article 19 of Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the fiscal regime of non-profit entities.

Keep in mind that this figure includes the total contributed to one or several entities.

The law rewards your loyalty and commitment if you have been helping us for more than three years, increasing the relief up to 40% for donations in which the amount is equal to or greater than the previous tax period.
Keep in mind that the deduction has a limit of 10% of the taxable base!

• If in the two previous tax periods donations have been made to the same entity for amounts equal to or greater than the previous tax period:

• The basis of the deduction cannot exceed 10% of the basis of the tax period.

• Law 43/1995, of November 27, on corporate tax.
• Articles 18 and 20 of Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the fiscal regime of non-profit entities.
