Music therapy
Music Therapy is a service that uses music and its elements (sound, rhythm, melody and harmony) to promote positive changes in the users' physical, emotional, cognitive and social spheres. Music therapy sessions are led by qualified professionals and are designed to improve communication, social skills, self-esteem and overall quality of life.
Assisted Therapy with Dogs
Dog Assisted Therapy is a therapeutic intervention that incorporates dogs specially trained to work with people with special needs. This therapy helps improve motor skills, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage social interaction. Dogs provide unique emotional support and contribute to a positive therapeutic environment.
Multisensory stimulation
Multisensory Stimulation is based on the use of various sensory stimuli (light, sound, textures, smells) to stimulate the users' senses. It is carried out in specially adapted spaces and under the supervision of specialized professionals.

Activities of Relation with the Community and Intercentres
The Activities of Relation with the Community and Intercentres promote the integration and active participation of users in the community. These activities include exchanges with other centers of the Aspace Calalunya Foundation, participation in community events, collaboration with schools and other entities, and the realization of common projects that promote social cohesion and inclusion.
Departures and Excursions
The Outings and Excursions organized by the ASPACE Catalunya Foundation offer users the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities and learn about new environments. These field trips are designed to encourage independence, learning and socialization, while providing enriching and fun experiences outside the centre.
