Residence Aspace Montjuïc
The Aspace Montjuïc Residence provides a residential care service intended for people with multiple disabilities, especially those with cerebral palsy and multiple disabilities who need generalized support. The service is designed for permanent stays, offering an alternative to the home adapted to the specific needs of users, with the aim of enhancing the autonomous development of their basic and instrumental skills for daily life.

Facilities: Built on a plot ceded by Barcelona City Council, the center has four floors with a total area of 5.373,20 m². The infrastructure includes areas for medical care, physiotherapy, swimming pool, sports center, laundry, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, workshop rooms, library, audiovisual rooms, and office and management spaces.

Regulations and quality
The service is regulated by various regulations of the Catalan Social Services System and has a quality assessment system to guarantee optimal care adapted to each user. The work methodology includes the development of Individual Care Plans (PTI) for each resident, taking into account their needs, preferences and personal goals.
User participation
The active participation of users in their own care plan and in the life of the center is encouraged through systems of assemblies, individual tutorials, and collective meetings. The aim is to guarantee the self-determination, personal development and emotional well-being of the residents.
Documentation and management
The center maintains a detailed record of the documentation necessary for the management of the service, including care contracts, individual care plans, and reception and adaptation protocols, ensuring adequate custody of all information related to users.
