Integral Care Model

Within the framework of the Social Area, we seek to promote and contribute to the well-being of the person and the quality of life, working on their autonomy as far as possible and providing the necessary support through daytime care programs, activities occupational and social and personal adjustment. In this approach, three important care models are integrated:

comprehensive cerebral palsy care

Model of Integrated Social, Health and Educational Care

This approach is based on collaboration and coordination between the social, health and educational spheres to provide global attention to the person. It is recognized that a person's health and well-being is influenced by social, health and educational factors, so it works together to address all these dimensions of their life. The aim is to ensure that the person receives comprehensive care that takes into account both their physical and health needs as well as their emotional, social and cultural aspects.

Person Centered Care Model

In this model, the emphasis is on the person as a unique individual, taking into account their preferences, values and needs. It is about adapting services and supports to the person rather than making the person adapt to the services. Care is personalized to meet the physical, emotional, social and cultural dimensions of each individual, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
